I’ve mentioned before that I love Top Gear (and I’ve got a bit of a thing for the Hamster). While enjoying all the ridiculous car-based stunts they perform, I’ve done my best to suppress that little voice which questions the whole macho, penis-substitute nature of the program. I mean, when Jeremy Clarkson starts raving on about size and power, it’s hard to ignore the phallic implications.

So I just had to laugh when I discovered this clip. It’s from the impersonator comedy show Dead Ringers and they take off the whole program perfectly. Notice the top of Hammond’s head peeking above the roof of the car.
