This year’s Sundance Film Festival will feature Destricted, seven short films shown together as one. What’s noteworthy about this is that the seven films are all explicit forays into the world of sex. AVN reports that Inpulse, the company creating adult films and cable content for women, has had its accounts cancelled at Citibank. Founder Kimberly Wilson said she had received a letter from the Chatsworth, California branch of the bank where she has held the company’s accounts since 2003. Apparently Inpulse’s business is “not within their target market”, which probably means that bank doesn’t want to do business with an adult company. Read More …
