I’m no fan of plastic surgery. I hate how boob jobs look and I hate how they’re almost ubiquitous in porn. I’ve also been critical of the entire bullshit industry that is “female genital rejuvenation”, mainly because it’s about telling perfectly normal women that there’s something wrong with their bodies in order to make a profit. Maybe it’s just a mental step beyond skin peels or botox injections, but shit, girls, we’re talking about doctors cutting off your fucking labia here! It’s just not necessary.

I’m sure a lot of male porn fans will say that there was nothing wrong with Jenna Jameson’s pussy to begin with. I have no idea what made her think she needed plastic surgery on her vulva, except that it’s a natural extension of mainstream porn’s increasing unreality.
