Following financial difficulties<\/a> (which apparently nearly saw them close their doors), Good Vibrations has announced a merger deal<\/a> with General Video of America and Trans World News. GVA-TWN is a huge distribution and adult products company and it looks like they stepped in with a wad of cash.<\/p>\n
