Seems that hot pic of Kevin Talley got a number of people hot and bothered, and they <a target=\"blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.courier-journal.com\/apps\/pbcs.dll\/article?AID=\/20060212\/COLUMNISTS10\/602120398\">complained to the Journal<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>And it turns out that columnist Pam Platt agrees with the poor unfortunate souls who thought that the artistic and discreet almost-nude photo was &#8220;distasteful.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I think we have to carefully pick the occasions when we push the envelope of taste, and to make sure that it matters and counts for something.<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t think this was one of those occasions, and the photo could have been cropped at Talley&#8217;s waist to provide the accurate indication that he was a <em>Playgirl<\/em> subject.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Well, maybe, but where&#8217;s the fun in that?<\/p>\n<p>My original post on Kevin, complete with photo, is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.msnaughty.com\/blog\/2006\/02\/07\/kevin-talley-says-no-to-man-of-the-year\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ah, freedom of the press.
